Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the continental U.S. We’re working on expanding soon, so stay tuned.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you didn’t get one, check your spam or reach out to us directly.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because we sell perishable goods, we don’t accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, let us know—we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it goes out.

Does High Tide contain caffeine?
Nope. High Tide is completely caffeine-free.
Is High Tide vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. All of our sparkling waters are 100% vegan and gluten-free.
How should I store High Tide?
Store cans in a cool, dry place. We recommend chilling before serving for the best experience.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. All of our cans and boxes are fully recyclable. Please remove the outside label of the can before recycling.
